As a first-time customer replacing carpet, I had a great experience from start to finish. The measuring process was quick, I received my quote the same day, and I really appreciated being given just two carpet options that suited my home instead of being overwhelmed with choices. The installers were fantastic. Even though I couldn’t completely empty the rooms, they worked efficiently, replaced the carpet in my hallway, three bedrooms and wardrobes in around three hours, trimmed the doors where needed, and cleaned up afterwards. I’m so happy with the result and would definitely recommend them!

He organized for layers to install it very quickly and the end result is a wonderful modern look on our floors with high quality for about half the price that other shops had quoted us.
